SERVICE REQUEST
NOTE: If your computer/e-mail is not working, please have someone in your department send the message for you.
When requesting service, please e-mail us at ITHELP@sports.uga.edu, with the Subject: COMPUTER REQUEST.
OPTION #1: Please include the following:
OPTION #2:You may fill out a SERVICE REQUEST FORM (click here), SAVE it, and E-MAIL it to us [OR] fill it out, print it off and place it in the CAMPUS MAIL. Please keep a copy of it for your reference.
Your request will be responded to within 24 hours after we receive it, and the matter attended to in the order it was received in relation to the number of requests made prior to yours.
ADVANCE NOTICE: In certain cases such as MOVING your computer, TRANSFERRING data, etc., at least 72 hours notice is needed.
In cases where there is a SYSTEM-WIDE problem which would prevent us from addressing each case individually, we will give priority to the system-wide issues, which may in turn correct your computer problem(s).

1) Go to http://www.sports.uga.edu
2) Click on E-MAIL
3) The ID is: the prefix of your email address,
ex. llawson in llawson@sports.uga.edu.
4) [TAB] to the next line and type in your password.
5) [Enter]
