Q: What do I do if I have a virus?
A: Step 1: Check the lower right hand corner of your screen - a little yellow shield should be located there. If it is not - contact us by phone: 542-9229 or 542-9024. DO NOT E-MAIL US.
Step 2: Right click on it and select "Open Norton AntiVirus".
Step 3: A grey window will appear - click on "Live Update", then click "Next" - wait for the program to update itself. Click "Finish" to close out the screen.
Step 4: In the left hand screen select "Scan computer". In the right hand screen, click on "Local Disk (C:)
Step 5: Click on "Scan" in the lower right side of the screen. A grey box will appear while it is scanning. Upon completion of the virus scan, you will see "Completed" in the top left hand of the screen.
Step 6: After completion, close out the screen by clicking the "X" in the top right hand corner of the screen
Step 7: If the "symptoms" continue, please note the symptoms and call us.
